- How is this different from Quick Start?
- Quick Start gets the essentials live so you can run yourself. Complete Growth Setup is fully done-for-you — we build, connect, test, and launch your core systems over 28 days and train your team.
- Which pipelines and automations are included?
- Lead capture, trial follow-up, missed-call text-back, review requests, and new-family triggers are all built and tested as part of the core scope.
- Are there limits on data import?
- We migrate your classes, families, and students from your current tool. Very large or unusually messy datasets may need extra scoping, which we'll flag on the call.
- Do you build the website too?
- Yes — a website built or rebuilt on a high-converting template is part of Complete Growth Setup.
- How many revisions are included?
- Your build includes structured review rounds during weeks 3 and 4. Larger scope changes after launch are quoted separately.
- Do you run ads for us?
- Paid ad management isn't part of the core scope, but we can quote it separately or coach you on it.
- What if my inputs are late?
- The 28-day timeline assumes we get your brand, data, and access on schedule. If inputs come late, the timeline shifts to match — we'll keep you posted.
