Pricing
- What's included in the $297/mo price?
- Everything — class registration and the parent portal, the enrollment engine and CRM, two-way text and email, payments and automated billing, your studio website, the branded app, automations, and reporting. There are no per-feature add-ons.
- Are there any hidden fees?
- No hidden fees. You get unlimited contacts and users. The only usage-based costs are phone and text usage and optional enhanced automation — everything else is included in your monthly plan.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. You can start a 30-day free trial and see the system applied to your studio before you commit. No obligation and no pressure.
Setup & migration
- How long does it take to launch?
- Most studios are up and running in under 14 days. Optional done-for-you setup is available, and we'll scope exactly what you need on your demo call.
- Can you migrate me from Jackrabbit, Studio Director, or DanceBiz?
- Yes. We migrate your classes, families, and students from your current tool. Book a migration call and we'll walk through your data.
- Do I have to replace my current tools all at once?
- No. Enrollio is built to replace your registration software, CRM, texting, website, and review tools — but plenty of studios migrate one piece at a time. We'll help you sequence it.
Contract, cancellation & locations
- What's the commitment?
- Month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts.
- How do I cancel?
- Cancellation is free and you can cancel anytime — no penalties.
- Do you support multiple locations?
- Yes. Additional locations are $97/mo each, all under one login.
The platform
- Does it include class registration and a parent portal?
- Yes — class registration and a self-service parent portal are built into the platform, in the same system as your leads, texting, and payments.
- Does it include two-way texting?
- Yes. Two-way text and email are tied to every student record, with a unified inbox that also pulls in Facebook and Instagram messages.
- Does it include payments?
- Yes — automated tuition, retries, and reporting are built in for predictable cash flow.
- Is there a mobile app?
- Yes. There's a studio command app for owners and staff, and a branded family app is available as an optional add-on.
- Is my website compatible?
- Enrollio connects to most existing websites for lead capture. We can also build or rebuild your site on the Enrollio stack as an optional add-on.
